Certified Chef. Her culinary journey began in Barbados, then transitioned to Coco Reef Tobago, and ultimately led to working alongside two of Trinidad’s finest chefs at Solimar Fine Dining. She represented Trinidad and Tobago at the Taste of the Caribbean competition for four consecutive years, including one year as Team Manager. In the most recent year, she earned the prestigious Gold award for Chef of the Year, competing against the Caribbean’s finest in Miami.
Throughout her career, she has garnered numerous accolades, including several awards from the government for promoting tourism, 13 medals from various competitions, and a scholarship to study in London and Europe. She also completed an Italian cooking course at the Italian Culinary Institute. Following this, she established a successful at-home chef and catering service.
